  Cripled my one year old dog for life. When we tried to get some help; the manager, the surgeon and everyone stopped taking phone calls and hid behind an attorney. The attorney says 'they met the standard of care'. Really? If so why did I have to have the exact same procedure done by a real vet to fix the harm they had done. Interesting they stopped taking calls once the diagnosis was the surgery they performed failed and we had to go through the exact same procedure only a couple of months later. If you care at all about your pet Please go somewhere else - ANYWHERE else.

  I think that the previous reviews are so one sided. I have been to a number of different Vet Hospitals and first and foremost they are all places of business. It's not like human medicine where there is insurance companies to pay for the bills if the owners can't. They have to pay their employee's and bills too, and they are actually the same price range for med's and even less for an office visit than Critter Creek/Loomis Basin! I have always had a wonderful experience while taking my dogs and cats to the Dr.'s at this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors really seem to love the pets that they are taking care of. I was actually treated very badly at another Vet in Lincoln, my dog had an ear infection, and after two rechecks (both times the Vet never even stepped foot in the room, the tech did everything, yet I was still charged $45 dollars for a "vet visit") my dogs ear infection was still not fixed. I took him to banfield and they actually diagnosed the ear infection as secondary to allergies. He takes his allergy med's during summer and doesn't get the infections anymore! They are great, and I would recommend to everyone!
